The restaurants local cheese comes from Therondels, and is one of
the tastiest. Or you can try the famous local speciality, Aligot, made
from mashed potatoes, whipped with Cantal cheese.

Jean-François Miquel, the Chef, always sticks to the principle
: only use fresh local products of the season. There are no limits to
