Here you can choose from a wide assortment of prepared meats and sausages, with their excellent flavour and seasoning ; hams and dried sausage; and local cheeses like Cantal cheese, which is one of the most famous in France.
The restaurant’s local cheese comes from Therondels, and is one of the tastiest. Or you can try the famous local speciality, Aligot, made from mashed potatoes, whipped with Cantal cheese.


Jean-François Miquel, the Chef, always sticks to the principle : only use fresh local products of the season. There are no limits to his creativity and imagination.
